I recently had the experience that the Citrix Receiver 4.6 makes problems when printing with mapped printers ….
The printer is mapped correctly into the Citrix session and can be used “in principle” properly.
But if a print in transverse format was commissioned, the whole was printed in portrait format, but in the transverse format. So the text was cross-printed … which was not very optimal :-). Of course, the first guess was that the printer driver did not work properly and had tried to define the printer driver to be used by Citrix policy … unfortunately, this did not lead to any improvement.
Uninstall the Citrix Receiver and install the Citrix Receiver with version 4.5, then everything worked like it should …
